How will social distancing be maintained during my visit?

  • We have introduced a booking system so that we can control the number of customers in the complex at any given time. All visits should be pre-booked on or by calling 02866 324121. You may pre-book up to 1 day in advance.
  • We are operating a "one-way" system and entry and movement around the complex is clearly sign-posted. Please follow the directional signs outside and throughout the complex.
  • We would advise you not to show up early for your session as queuing is not recommended.
  • Maintain a social distance at all times.
  • Check-in upon entry and at reception prior to your session.
  • The Fitness Suite has been reconfigured so that equipment is spaced out appropriately.
  • You will notice that we have reduced our class numbers.
  • If first aid is required it will be administered by a fully qualified member of staff who will use appropriate PPE.

  • We are contacting all members who had paid in full for their membership and we are offering a pro-rata refund.
