Following the guidance of the Northern Ireland Executive, Fermanagh and Omagh Leisure Centres will remain closed until further notice.

We hope that you are keeping safe and active whilst our centres are closed. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can.

For updates please check on our Facebook page and keep an eye on our website.

If you have a question that we haven't answered please contact us

How will social distancing be maintained during my visit?

  • We have introduced a booking system so that we can control the number of customers in the complex at any given time. All visits should be pre-booked on or by calling 02866 324121. You may pre-book up to 1 day in advance.
  • We are operating a "one-way" system and entry and movement around the complex is clearly sign-posted. Please follow the directional signs outside and throughout the complex.
  • We would advise you not to show up early for your session as queuing is not recommended.
  • Maintain a social distance at all times.
  • Check-in upon entry and at reception prior to your session.
  • The Fitness Suite has been reconfigured so that equipment is spaced out appropriately.
  • The Pool hall has designated entry, exit points, and lanes.
  • You will notice that we have reduced our class numbers.
  • If first aid is required it will be administered by a fully qualified member of staff who will use appropriate PPE.
  • Please do not come into Fermanagh Lakeland Forum if you are displaying any coronavirus symptoms (a new, continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of taste or smell, a shortness of breath).
  • Please see full Guidance for further details

How do I log into the booking system?

  • Bokings can be made by telephone by contacting reception on 02866 324121, or online through our leisure booking system:

  • Patrons will have to register an online booking account to avail of the online booking system.

  • If you are encountering any issues with this please call 02866 324121 for assistance.

Are there new cleaning procedures in place?

  • Fermanagh Lakeland Forum have a comprehensive daily cleaning schedule in place to ensure that the Fitness Suite, fitness class, Pool hall, Pool Changing and room areas are safe and hygienic for you to use.
  • All high-traffic areas will be sanitised frequently throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitiser and hand-washing facilities are available for you to use on arrival and post-workout.
  • You are required to wipe down equipment before and after use.

Are there any new rules that I should be aware of?

Please see Guidance document on new rules

I cancelled my direct debit directly with the bank. How do I rejoin?

  • We would ask you to complete a new direct debit mandate form and return this to Fermanagh Lakeland Forum. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange a new start date.

When will the Steam Room reopene reopen?

  • Our steam room will remain closed for now but we are closely following government guidelines and will provide an update as soon as we can.

I'm not ready to come yet or I fall into a vulnerable category. What should I do?

That's absolutely no problem at all. Please contact us on 02866 324121 or email and we will either freeze or cancel your membership depending on how you wish to proceed.

I paid upfront for my membership, what options are available to me?

We are contacting all members who had paid in full for their membership and are extending their active remaining term relative to the closure period. If you would like to check if this applies to you please contact and we will be happy to check.
