COVID FAQ

We are sure that you will have questions about returning to Omagh Leisure Complex, however, our FAQs will hopefully help reassure you when you return to the complex. Please be assured that the health and well being of our customers and staff remain our top priority.

How will social distancing be maintained during my visits to Omagh Leisure Complex?

  • We have introduced a booking system so that we can control the number of customers in the complex at any given time. All visits should be pre-booked on omaghleisurecomplex.com or by calling 028 8224 6711 option 0. You may pre-book up to 1 day in advance.
  • We are operating a "one-way" system and entry and movement around the complex is clearly sign-posted. Please follow the directional signs outside and throughout the complex.
  • Please wear a face mask in communal areas during your visit to the complex. You do not have to wear a mask when using gym equipment or when you are in the swimming pool. 
  • We would advise you not to show up early for your session as queuing is not recommended. 
  • Maintain a social distance at all times.
  • Check-in upon entry at reception prior to your session.
  • The DEC gym has been reconfigured so that equipment is spaced out appropriately. 
  • Group exercise classes will be carried out outside on the 4G pitch due to current restrictions. Toilet facilities are available for class participants. Please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel. Follow staff instructions.
  • You will notice that we have reduced our class numbers for our outdoor fitness classes.
  • If first aid is required it will be administered by a fully qualified member of staff who will use appropriate PPE.
  • Please do not come into Omagh Leisure Complex if you are displaying any coronavirus symptoms (a new, continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of taste or smell, a shortness of breath).

How do I log into the booking system?

  • Direct Debit and Paid in Full Members Members can log into https://omaghleisure.legendonlineservices.co.uk/enterprise/account/login using their email address and password. If it's your first time using the online booking system you will need to register as a 'New User' and follow the online instructions to link your membership number. If you are encountering any issues with this please call 028 8224 6711 option 0 for assistance. You can also make a booking by calling a member of the team on 028 82246711 option 0 or 1.

Are there new cleaning procedures in place?

Omagh Leisure Complex have a comprehensive daily cleaning schedule in place to ensure that the DEC Gym, Cardio Only Zone and fitness class areas are safe and hygienic for you to use. All high-traffic areas will be sanitised frequently throughout the day.
Hand sanitiser and hand-washing facilities are available for you to use on arrival and post-workout. You are required to wipe down equipment before and after use.

Are there any new rules that I should be aware of?

  • Please use contactless methods of payment.
  • Please wear a face mask in on entry and on exiting the building and whilst you are in communal areas of the complex. 
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival to the complex.
  • You should arrive changed and ready to exercise - bring your own water bottle and mat if you need them.  No bags will be permitted.
  • Only bring essential personal items into the complex and keep them beside you.
  • Please follow the one-way system and do not congregate in one area.
  • Wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • If you are using free weights wipe them down and dry them before and after use.
  • Do not set up equipment in advance of using it.
  • Adhere to the maximum numbers in the area.
  • During classes please stay in your allocated zone and do not swap equipment with others attending classes.
  • At all times please follow staff instructions.

I have membership, please let me know what's happening with my direct debit?

We have contacted all members in relation to their direct debits. If you have any queries please email olcmembership@fermanaghomagh.com. 

I paid upfront for my membership, what options are available to me?

We have contacted all members in relation to paid in full memberships. If you have any queries please email olcmembership@fermanaghomagh.com. 

I cancelled my direct debit directly with the bank. How do I rejoin?

We would ask you to complete a new direct debit mandate form and return this to Omagh Leisure Complex. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange a new start date.

I'm not ready to come yet or I fall into a vulnerable category. What should I do?

That's absolutely no problem at all. Please contact us on 028 8224 6711 option 0 or email olcmembership@fermanaghomagh.com and we will either freeze or cancel your membership depending on how you wish to proceed.

When will the health suite reopen?

  • Our health suite (sauna and steam room) will remain closed for now but we are closely following government guidelines and will provide an update as soon as we can. Our jacuzzi has reopened for use by Aquatic and All Inclusive memberships and can be pre-booked along with your swimming session.
